TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

1. The renter shall paid the rent in advance.
2. The renter is required to rent againts the AUTHENTIC valid identity.
3. The renter shall pay at minimum IDR. 50.000 up front for a booking order. In case it canceled the down payment will be forfeited.
4. The renter shall accepts full responsibility of any risks while the vehicle is under his/her possession.
5. Any change or repair of the vehicle shall be under Trans Ijen Tour permission.
6. The rental time can be extended in 2×24 hours without any additional paper, the new paper is required when it is more than 2×24 hours.
7. In case the vehicle has not been returned 24 hours after its due date, the Trans Ijen Tour, as the first party, has the right to take the vehicle forcibly and will charges the renter for the vehicle retrieval fee.
8. The vehicle shall not be pawned and mortgaged. It is un-transferrable and shall not be leased to a third party.
9. The vehicle shall not be used for any illegal purpose.
10. The Trans Ijen Tour shall not be responsible for any damage, loss, injury, and death of the renter while riding and possessing the vehicle, and/or any other rider or people involved in the accident.
11. The renter have carefully reads, understands, and agrees the terms and conditions above. The renter agrees without any compulsion from any parties.
